Eligibility
To participate in our auction, you must be at least 21 years of age, live in the United States of America, and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

Registration
To participate in auctions, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Auction Process
Bids must be placed during the auction’s specified timeframe. The highest bid at the close of the auction will be considered the winning bid.

Placing a bid is a binding commitment to make a purchase if your bid is the highest when the auction ends.

Bidding Rules
Bids placed in the auction are final and cannot be retracted. All participants are required to act in good faith when placing bids.

Payment Terms
All payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction’s close. Payments are accepted via credit card. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the winning bid.

Shipping and Delivery
All birds will be shipped using single-bird USPS live bird boxes. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. If Florida Pigeon Derby is unable to ship the bird, the winning bidder will be entitled to a full refund.

Liability and Disclaimers
Florida Pigeon Derby is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays in shipping once the bird is in transit. All claims should be directed to the carrier.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, parties are encouraged to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, Florida Pigeon Derby reserves the right to mediate disputes.
